# Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use LenDb.ai, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

## Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the website. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus, text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast in both light and dark mode, and layouts that work when zoomed or on small screens. LenDb also offers plain-text versions of its pages (Markdown and JSON), an API and an MCP server, which some assistive tools and AI assistants find easier to use.

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We test as we build and fix problems as we find them.

## Known limitations

- **The human check.** A loan officer's phone number and email are shown only after a short human check, which runs in your browser. If you cannot complete it for any reason, email us at [support@lendb.ai](mailto:support@lendb.ai) with the link to the loan officer's profile, and a person will send you the contact details LenDb has for that loan officer. Where we have it, the link to the loan officer's page on their lender's website is also shown on the profile without any check.
- **Linked sites.** Lender websites, NMLS Consumer Access and other sites we link to are run by others, and we cannot control their accessibility.
- **Headshots.** Photos come from lenders' websites. We describe them with the loan officer's name; we do not have richer descriptions.

Include the page link and what went wrong, and, if you like, the browser and assistive technology you use. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within 7 days.
