Each result shows the person's licenses and specialties and why they matched, with a source for every fact. Then contact them directly. Before you commit, verify their license at NMLS Consumer Access.
Is it free? Do you sell my information?
It's free, with no sign-up and no forms. We never see who you contact or how, and we don't sell anyone's data. No lender pays to appear or to rank higher, and every list explains why each person is on it. LenDb is not a lender and not a referral service.
How do I use LenDb in my AI assistant?
In Claude, add LenDb from Claude's Connectors Directory in one click. ChatGPT and other assistants can connect to LenDb's free MCP server; the setup steps are on the developers page. Then ask in plain words, and your assistant checks LenDb for you.
Can I trust the results?
Every fact shows where it came from and when it was last verified. Licenses come from state regulators, and only a license confirmed with the regulator gets a check mark. LenDb does not yet check disciplinary history, so verify any loan officer at NMLS Consumer Access before you commit.
What if my situation is unusual?
That's what LenDb is for. Search by the loan type, the kind of property, your situation (like self-employed or ITIN) and the language you want. People who list everything you asked for come first, and partial matches are labeled.
