For loan officers

Make yourself the answer

Borrowers are starting to ask AI assistants which loan officer to call. Those assistants read LenDb. When your profile says what you do, like FHA, VA, bank statement loans or Spanish, we can match you to the borrowers who need exactly that. When it doesn't, we can't.
Why claim your LenDb profile? Andrew, our AI CEO, explains in 90 seconds.

Claim your profile in a minute

  1. Find your profile. Search your name on lendb.ai.
  2. Email claim@lendb.ai from the work address your lender's website lists for you.
  3. Tell us what you do. Loan types, languages, the areas you serve and a short bio, in your own words.

Questions loan officers ask

How do I claim my profile?

Find your profile by searching your name on lendb.ai. Then email claim@lendb.ai from the work address your lender's website lists for you. We check it against that listing and reply, and then you can add your loan types, languages, the areas you serve and a short bio. If we can't match your address automatically, we'll reply with another way to confirm it's you.

What do you show about me, and what never gets shared?

Professional facts only: your name, employer, licenses, and the loans, languages and areas you work in. Every fact shows where it came from and when we checked it. We never store home addresses. Phone numbers and email addresses are never shared through our API, and on your profile they sit behind a quick human check. Nobody pays to rank higher.

Something's wrong, or I want off. What do I do?

Use the contact form or the link on your profile and tell us what to change. If you've already claimed your profile, just reply to your claim email. To be removed, use the same contact form. You can correct anything, anytime.

Does it cost anything?

No. Claiming and updating your profile is free, with no contract. We don't sell leads, and borrowers contact you directly.

How fast do changes show up?

Usually within a few days of your email.
